All Menck Clothing items are made by hand and manufactured under pesonalised supervision. Although we aim to portray them as accurately as possible on our website, slight variations in styling and shaping may occur. The variety of body shapes of the models as well as customers, need to also be considered. Each Menck Clothing EcoPrint item is unique and organic in its colour finish.

 

Refunds policy

We regret we do not offer any refunds on returned items. We only offer credit codes towards a follow up online purchase.

Alterations

We offer minor alteration services such as the shortening of hems or taking in at the waist. However, these alterations can only be offered if the customer brings the item in person, and by prior arrangement with Ilse Menck.

Care instructions

Please take note of the clear washing instructions for each garment. Care instructions differ depending on types of fabrics used. However, in general, please follow the following principles throughout:

• Wash cold

• Do not bleach

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not hang in direct sunlight

• Warm iron (only if necessary)

• Wash as seldom as possible in care of our earth and your garment/s

Ilse Menck reserves all rights to the intellectual property of her garment designs and flat patterns. All Copy rights with regards to this website, photography, images and content are owned by Ilse Menck.
