Return and Exchange Policies
Returns and Exchanges of Online Purchases
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase or the size is incorrect, they need to notify us within a week of receipt of goods that they would wish to return the garment/s. They then would need to return the garment/s within 14 days from receipt of goods. Please return the garment/s in their original packaging with all relevant tags. Any worn, washed or damaged/soiled items can unfortunately not be returned and will not receive a credit coupon. Once the garment has been received, in good condition, at our Menck Studio premises, we will issue the credit code to be used against any future online purchases. Each credit code is unique and can only be used once. Please keep your code safe until use.
Size or colour exchange are subject to stock availability.
Unfortunately we do not cover returns shipping costs unless approved by management. The credit code does not cover shipping costs but only the value of the returned item. Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser. If you are in Cape Town, you can arrange to drop off your return at the following address:
Menck Clothing, 3 Peninsula Rd, Zeekoevlei (or Grassy Park on google maps), Cape Town.

Credit codes are valid for one year from date of issue.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a garment that has a manufacturing or colour defect, or an item that is damaged, please report this to us within a week of receipt of goods. Please email or whatsapp me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 072 1159205 with the details of the damage along with a photo and the order number.
Once the damage has been confirmed we will send our courier to collect the garment/s at our own cost. We will cover all shipping costs for any garment/s with a manufacturing defect that were sent from our studio already damaged. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and relevant arrangements will be made for an exchange or refund.
Please return any defect garment in its original packaging along with its tag. Any item which has been washed, worn, damaged or soiled after receipt by the client will not be accepted, unless there are extenuating circumstances and the return is approved by Ilse Menck.
